Higher Education
I would establish a commission to look at how British universities could introduce a mechanism to encourage an increase in the value of financial endowments to create the best funded universities in the world, on par with US institutions.

All round slacker.
Over the next few months I will be setting out the policies I would implement if I was ever elected to parliament. There will be a mixture of serious and amusing issues addressed, depending on the mood I'm in, but overall expect them to be slightly right of centre.
